As Sönmezler Metal Iron and Steel, our experience in the iron and steel industry is based on more than 40 years, with our establishment in 2008. With the production of longitudinally welded steel pipes and profiles, we have started our production activities in our facility located on a total area of ​​22.000 m2 and 16.000 m2 closed area in Kocaeli/Gebze and we have succeeded to have a say in the sector in a short time. In our Gebze facility, we produce with an average of 17,000 tons per month and 200,000 tons per year with 6 pipe-profile production lines, 2 slitting lines, 1 cut-to-length line, and 2 dyed material production lines. Our production ranges from 10x20mm to 80x160 mm and also varies between 0.6 mm and 8mm wall thickness. Our product range is 10x10 to 120x120 square, 10x20 to 100x150 profiles; It addresses to 19mm-165.1 Industrial type pipe, 0.7mm-20mm cut-to-length sheet, CR (DKP), Black, Galvanized and painted product groups. We export the products we produce to the domestic market of Turkey and also to many countries of the world, 60% of our market is export. We are taking firm steps towards increasing our export rate and representing our country in the world more strongly. Our quality is at world standards and documented with TSE EN 10219-1, ISO 9001 and CE21358 certificates.
