Anatel was established in 2005 as a subsidiary of Anadolu Boru. Anatel started its operations with steel wire production and expanded its product portfolio with additional investments in production of fitting elements, high strength steel tube and high carbon steel wire respectively. As a result, Anatel has become a significant industrial supplier to various manufacturing sectors including housewares, household appliances, furniture and mattress industries. Anatel continues its operations over a 9.000 m2 covered area in industrial zone of Kayseri city with its processing capacity of 30.000 tons of long steel products and 20.000 tons of flat steel products annually. Anatel will continue to take firm steps towards its goal of being a globally preferred, reliable and innovative industrial solution partner in its areas of activities.
Following TS EN 10270-1+A1 standards, Anatel manufactures spring wire from medium to high carbon steel grade, between 1,20 mm and 5,00 mm wire diameters with its up to date machinery park and experienced technical staff. From specifying wire rod grade to details of surface preparation processes and from design of dies to selection of suitable process lubricants; Anatel sets its production parameters according to process requirements of customers and supplies high quality spring wire to mattress, furniture and mechanical spring industries
Anatel manufactures fitting elements with its vertically integrated production structure. From surface preparation processes for raw material such us pickling and phosphate coating to wire drawing process, from cold forming operations to surface coating processes; Anatel processes each step of production at its own facility. Combining manufactured fitting element product groups such as screw, bolt, rivet and stud with traded articles, Anatel serves various industries including furniture, household appliances and metal housewares with wide range of fitting element products.
