Aslanlı Wire Industry; was established in 1992 on a 23,000 m2 area in the fastest developing Kurtköy district of Istanbul. The Aslanlı brand has a history dating back to the foundation of the Republic (1923). Our company, which has maintained its trust in our brand from history to the present, has completed its machinery investments in the production of iron wire and products as of 2016 and has reached the latest technology. Aslanlı Wire Industry, which has been transferred to the Epaş Group, which is involved in many areas of the industry as of April 2019, is managed with the ISO 90012008 quality system. Our experienced staff and increasing quality can respond to the needs of our customers in domestic and international markets more quickly.
Cold Drawn Wires serve different usage areas with their low or high carbon content. We can diversify the surface features as black or bright according to our customer s request. Our bright wires are generally used in plastic or zinc coating.
The purpose of Hot Dip Galvanized Wires, which are produced by dipping cold-drawn bright wires into a molten zinc pool, is to provide resistance against rust and to extend the service life of the wire. The most common areas of use of these wires are for the production of final products such as cage fences, panel fences, gabions, barbed wire, razor wire, clothes hangers, PVC wire, etc., and they are also used in vineyards for hanging purposes.
Barbed wires are wires used for protection and boundary determination in areas such as buildings, construction sites, fields. The bodies of the barbed wires are strengthened by bending two hot-dip galvanized wires. There are four barb tips.
