Cr25-AL5 Circular Resistance Alloy ,can be defined as a type of metal wire used in electrical heating elements, resistant to high temperatures and generally preferred in high temperature applications. These wires are usually made of high quality alloys and generate heat through the passage of electric current.

CARTRIGDE HEATERSCARTRIGDE HEATERS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Cartrigde Heaters,is widely used in many areas today. It is the most preferred resistance type especially for heating molds and presses. Apart from these, it is also a high quality resistance type preferred for heating the jaws of packaging and packaging machines, heating water, oil and corrosive liquids. Flare Resistances can be produced with pipe diameters from 4 mm to 31,5mm. The length size can be produced starting from minimum 30 mm up to 5000 mm. Apart from this, it can also be produced as L type - Elbowed - Cube Elbowed - Steel Braided Armored - Spiral Armor Protected - Union - Flanged - Sleeved with 90 °C bend. In the production of Flare Resistances, it can be produced using various types of stainless steel materials according to the application places. Tubular Heaters , can be used for a wide variety of purposes. The most commonly used areas are; Heating of water, oil, chemical and corrosive liquids, heating of molds and various metals in industrial furnaces have been used safely for years. Such resistances can be produced in different diameters. Standard Diameter Sizes; 6,5 mm -8,5 mm-11,5 mm-11,5 mm-14,5 mm-16,00 mm. Apart from these, any intermediate size from 5 mm to 20 mm in diameter can be easily produced as special production. The Pipe Resistances we produce can perform up to 650 ° C operating temperature within today s technological developments. Stainless steel materials of various qualities are used in the production of this type of resistances. The main ones are; 304-321-316 - 310 S Stainless steels. Apart from these, it can also be produced using special alloy stainless pipes. These materials are Alloy800 - Alloy825 and Alloy600.

CERAMIC AND MICA INSULATED HEATERSCLAMP HEATERS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Clamp Type Heaters,can basically be produced in three different models. 1.Model : Mica Insulated Clamp Heaters, are used efficiently in areas with an operating temperature of up to 300°C, especially in extruders, injection type plastic machines, in the shaping and processing of plastic raw materials. In addition, it is also widely used in the heating of tanks of different sizes in many pipelines. Mica Insulated Clamp Resistances have some disadvantages as well as advantageous aspects (reasonable cost). For example; Since it is an open circuit resistance type in places with high humidity, humidity, vapor liquid and liquid fluidity, it cannot perform long-lasting performance. The main reason for this is that the mica sheet, which is the insulation material inside, cannot resist the handicaps mentioned above. Despite this, it is still widely used worldwide with its affordable cost and easy production logic that does not require advanced technology. 2.Model : Ceramic Clamp Heaters: It can be easily used in applications up to 650°C. The most important feature that enables Ceramic Resistances to reach such high temperatures is the steatite alloyed high temperature resistant technical ceramics used to insulate the resistance wire. The main areas of use of Ceramic Clamp Resistances are extruder throat lines where plastic raw material is shaped and molten flow is provided. Apart from these, Ceramic Clamp Resistances are widely used in the heating of pipelines, various tanks and special projects that require high heat and require high power in minimal areas. The energy outputs of Ceramic Clamp Resistances are manufactured as terminalized - closed box terminalized - wired - iron plug output. 3.Model : Clamp Heaters,It can be produced by placing square type or flat rectangular type tube heaters manufactured with thin section closed circuit production logic applied inside stainless steel as outer sheath. Since this type of Clamp heaters contain a closed circuit system, they can be used easily and safely in areas with moisture, steam, humidity and liquid fluidity. These products are unlikely to malfunction due to the above handicap reasons. In addition, this type of Clamp Resistances can be used safely in areas with a maximum thermal environment of 500 °C. The biggest handicap of this type of clamp resistances is that they cannot be produced at an affordable cost due to the high technology involved. For this reason, it is still used in special specific projects today.

FINNED HEATERSFINNED HEATERS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

It can be manufactured in different pipe and serpentine diameters in different power and shapes according to demand. Pipe diameters can vary between 6.5 - 20 mm according to demand, and in direct proportion to this, serpentine diameters can vary between 20 mm and 50 mm. Serpantine Type Resistances can be produced with supply voltages between 24 V and 500 V DC. The pipe material and serpentine material used in the production of this type of resistances are specially determined according to the place where the resistance will be used. Accordingly, 310 S and alloy800-alloy600 type special stainless pipes and serpentines can be used in high temperature environments. In addition, if there is corrosion in the environment where Serpentine Type Resistances are located, pipe and serpentine material can be preferred as 316 L and alloy825. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Coiled Heaters, also known as hot runner nozzle heaters are used in plastic hot runner systems to ensure the fluidity of the raw material in the nozzle. Apart from this common usage area, Spiral Type Resistances can be used in heating of pipelines passing liquid or gas in different diameters, in laboratories and special scientific projects. Our Spiral Type Resistances can be produced in different powers and supply voltages (24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 400V). This type of resistors can be produced in different cross-sections as standard. The primary and most common one is the flat type Spiral Resistors with rectangular cross-section measuring 2.4 mm 4.5 mm. One of the other two models is the Spiral Resistor with diameter 1.8mm round cross-section and the second is the spiral type resistor with diameter 4mm round cross-section. The maximum operating temperature of this type of Spiral Resistances is 500 °C. The outer sheath used in Spiral Type Resistances is AISI321 quality stainless steel. The energy outputs of this type resistances are made with three teflon insulated cables as phase, neutral and earth. In addition, our spiral type resistances are produced with standard J type thermocouples and cable lengths can be adjusted according to demand. This type of heaters can be manufactured in different winding types and different output directions according to customer demand. Windings are generally requested as clockwise and counterclockwise. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Nozzle Heaters are manufactured from brass profile or stainless steel. Nozzle Type Heaters are only used in plastic injection molding machines for nozzle end outlets. The leakage of plastic raw material on this heater is not a major handicap due to the closed circuit production method, but increased leakage and density is the number one factor affecting the life of the Nozzle Type Resistor. In addition to plastic injection molding machines, Nozzle Type Resistances can also be used in non-large diameter pipelines and circular shaped molds that need to be heated. Energy outputs of this type of resistances can be wired or terminalized or with iron plug. Nozzle type resistances are mica insulated and the maximum operating temperature is 350/400°C. This type of resistances can be manufactured as self-thermocoupled upon request. Minimum diameter of nozzle heatersis 25 mm and maximum 100 mm, minimum length is 25 mm and maximum 100 mm.

It is used for heating oil, liquid, acid etc. It is produced in desired dimensions and sizes. These types of resistances are made of chromium, Teflon, copper, brass, iron, quartz, titanium and glass in their bodies in order not to wear and deteriorate quickly with chemical interaction and their durability is increased and they are used in all chemical materials.
