BCS Steel Pipe is founded in KDZ. Eregli organized industrial zone in an area of 20.000m² total production area. In this facility the production is from Ø 8 to Ø 100 and annual production capacity of 150,000 tons.In addition, our company produces from Ø 8 to Ø 80 coating and lining processes. These coatings and linings are obtained in accordance with the customer demand, internal/external epoxy and external polyethylene and polypropylene. External Coating. 3LPE / 3LPP coating is a multilayer coating composed of three functional components. This coating consists of the first layer which is a high-performance anticorrosion fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) second layer of a copolymer PE / PP adhesive for adhesion between epoxy and PE / PP and an outer third layer of polyethene/polypropylene which provides mechanical protection.
