Cleaning by grinding, polishing or wiping is provided as well as metered coating with lubricants, anti-corrosives, adhesives, separating agents etc. or suitable combinations thereof. We also supply the required, application-specific cords of different type and strength, optionally coated or pre-impregnated with suitable functional components.
HELILUB® equipment for high-precision, solvent-free magnet wire lubrication comprises of applicators - NB52G1 for warm wire (well above melting temp. of the lubricant) - NB53G6 for cold wire (close to or slightly below melting temp. of the lubricant) - NB53G0 for fine and ultra-fine wire and optional control boxes, if the applicators cannot be integrated into the control of the enamelling line. We offer yarns containing different amounts and types of lubricant for a wide range of applications.
