Spiral welded pipe line is based on Germany forming processing. We design and manufacture this pipe line after investigating many foreign pipe lines and combined with domestic situation. It is our most competitive and mature mill. This mill adopts roller surface forming three rollers outside control, front swing or rear swing curve roller. The spiral welded pipe mill has advanced design, steady performance, and less investment and quick benefit. Our products can meet with API-5L、API-5CT、BS1387-85、GB9711. Product specifications: diameter: Ф 90 ~ Ф 3620 mm, thickness: 1.2 ~ 30 mm Spiral welded pipe series products with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum magnesium alloy and other non-ferrous metals, can be used to meet the high and low pressure fluid transmission pipe, urban gas pipeline, electric and thermal pipe network, urban building pile pipe, industrial structure pipe and many other different industries at home and abroad demand. In recent years, Huaxincheng has produced hundreds sets of spiral wielded pipe line of different size and high return, and total coverage reaches more than 90% in domestic. And this pipe line exported to Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand and India, which hold more than 40% market share of spiral welded pipe line production. At present, we produce new service project that include design, manufacture, installation, debugging and production.

Function: This line is used for disassembling the strip coil and recoiling it into a narrow strip coil after leveling the slit strip. Adopting PLC control, it is easy to operate and with advantages of high slitting accuracy and fast cutting speed. Characteristics: 1.Detection elements including encoder, sensor, digital display and monitor are adopted at many positions to control the equipment automatically. The raw material can be automatically rolled up and the strip can be precisely centered. 2.With quick change rotary shear structure and remote control, using two sets of rotary shear host alternately can achieve off-line tool change. The tool changing time is about 5min, which saves a lot of downtime. 3.The camera are adopted to monitor the operating blind area. 4.The production line will automatically slow down when recoiling is about to complete, so as to avoid that the plate tail damages the equipment due to excessive speed.
