Product Description : TARMOND MEA 301 is a soluble mineral oil with very good anti-corrosion properties where high mineral oil content is required. It is a cost-effective cutting oil with good finishing surfaces. The emulsion formed, provides superb lubricity and cooling to the tool and component for an excellent surface finish. It can make stable emulsions with water between 5-20 dH hardness. It provides a fine, low-odor, milky white emulsion, which resists demulsification and easily separates tramp oils. The advised mixing ratio is % 3.0 8.0 according the operation performed. Product Description: MEA 710 is a general purpose, biodegradable, multi-functional, semi-synthetic emulsifiable cutting fluid with % 15 oil content. Recomended for ferrous, non-ferrous and cast iron machining operations. Thanks to the detergent additives it contains, its washing and sawdust dragging feature is very good. Due to the corrosion inhibitors in its formulation, it protects the processed material and production equipment against corrosion for a long time. It contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungal additives therefore it does not allow the formation of bacteria and fungi. It has biodegradable features; it is an environmentally friendly product that is in harmony with nature and does not harm the environment. TARMOND PCF 535 is a pure cutting oil developed by blending high-tech additives and quality mineral base oils to be used in threading and broaching operations of ferrous metals, cast iron and low-medium-high alloyed steel. It is especially recommended for deep hole drilling and high-speed internal broaching as it has a very high EP additive content. It has good lubricating properties , good corrosion protection,low foaming and high vapor and oil mist protection. Applications: It is recommended for all heavy duty machining operations including gear cutting, tapping, pressing, broaching on difficult to machine materials. This product is not suitable for non-ferrous metals. RPO 471 is a rust preventive oil used as a corrosion inhibitor. It repels water from metal surfaces by leaving an oily film on the metal surface. It cuts off the contact of metal with water and air preventing corrosion on the metal surface. It is aimed for preventing against corrosion of finished or semi-finished metal products or pieces to be used in the production line while being transported or stored. Application: Metal pieces to be protected should be immersed in RPO 471 Corrosion Inhibitor bath for 50±10 seconds or RPO- 471 Corrosion Inhibitor is sprayed on the metal surface. By forming a protective oil film on the metal, corrosion and rust formation are avoided on the metal surface. RPO-430 HP, is a solvent base rust preventive oil fluid having excellent water displacing properties for long term protection period. TARMOND RPO 430 HP leaves a waxy protective film on metal surface. RPO 428 ST, is a solvent base rust preventive fluid having excellent water displacing properties for long-term protection period where a thick oil film is not required. Benefits: Displaces water from metal surface and form a waxy protective film Easy to use Stable in wet conditions Provides excellent indoor and outdoor protection The protective film can be removed by alkaline cleaners
