This machine is mainly suitable for producing large-section and large-length steel cores, aluminum stranded wires and aluminum alloy wires without back-twisting. It can also be used for twist-free twisting and pressing of copper, round and aluminum sector wire cores. The machine is driven by separate motor for each cage and dual capstan; the stranding pitch can be adjusted by Touch screen.
The TP series coiling and film wrapping machine is used to coil and wrap package the cables and wires with diameter from 1mm to 15mm automatically in high speed. The maximum speed could reach 350 meters per minute.
The high speed extruders designed and manufactured by Wuxi Hengtai can be used to extrude insulation and sheath of cables using various types of materials, including PVC, PE, PP, XLPE, LSZH, Teflon and etc.
